Ridin in style...ALWAYS

If you don't know, my man owns a bike shop and motorcycles are our life.  At any time I have to be ready to ride...and the pinup in me has to look good doing it : ) Never one to miss out on an "outfit opportunity", I always want to look good as a couple.

So I have gotten a Bettie Cut  (A "cut" is a biker vest, generally denim or leather...covered with patches, pins and maybe a MC patch). My Bettie Cut is a levis jacket...I have my own flare...Pins and patches! Collecting pins and patches for your "cut" is a way to show your own personality!!!!

DIY Retro

If your anything like me, then you don't have tons of money to throw at SUPER over priced mid century modern/retro decor pieces for your house. Over the last year I have slowly redone our entire house on a budget...I have fallin MADLY in love with Spray Paint, painters tape!

We had this HUGE ugly thing in the attic not being used , so I figured if I screw it up what is the big deal anyways. This is where the spray paint addiction ALL STARTED!

1. cover it with primer
2. Choose accent color and paint entire canvas.
3. Using painters tape, tape off pattern (i.e. area you want to remain 1st color)
4. Paint entire canvas pain color - Cover thouroghly
5. Once FULLY dry remove tape
